The Santiago Network for Loss and Damage is expected to be operationalised at COP27, but questions remain over its institutional and operational modalities. This Practical Action International and Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) event explored lessons can be learned from the Climate Technology Centre and Network (CTCN) and explored their relevance for the Santiago Network.
