This discussion paper from Pacific Islands Climate Action Network (PICAN) the Loss and Damage Collaboration (L&DC) is being led by Dr. Sindra Sharma is intended to stimulate discussion around the quantum of climate finance ahead of the Tenth Technical Expert Dialogue (TED 10) and the 2nd Meeting of the Ad Hoc Work Program (MAHWP 2) meeting of the New Collective Quantified Goal on Climate finance (NCQG). The document will remain as a live to allow for comments and further inputs.
