This living document from the Loss and Damage Collaboration (L&DC) tracks the positions of Parties and Groups on Loss and Damage under the New Collective Quantified Goal on Climate Finance (NCQG) based upon their submissions to, and interventions within the Technical Expert Dialogues (TED) and Ad Hoc Working Group (AHWG) meetings.  Below you will find a mapping of where developing and developed countries align on key issues, what the key positions, red lines and areas of alignment are for individual countries and where blocks and major economies stand on key issues.
