To date there have been eleven Technical Expert Dialogues (TED) and three meetings (MAHWP) under the Ad Hoc Work Program and a High-Level Ministerial Dialogue intended to structure a draft negotiating text for the New Collective Quantified Goal on Climate Finance (NCQG) ahead of COP29.  However, as indicated by the large amounts of bracketed text in the substantive framework for a draft negotiating text, there are many elements of the NCQG still yet to be agreed.

This cheat sheet provides an overview of what elements are yet to be agreed, what options are on the table and which of these are needed to deliver a high ambition, climate-justice and human rights aligned outcome. For a full analysis see this publication.
