These key messages have been crafted to respond to each agenda item of the provisional programme for the Ninth Technical Expert Dialogue (TED 9) under the Ad Hoc Work Programme (AHWP) of the New Collective Quantified Goal on Climate Finance (NCQG). This living document will be updated as the meeting progresses.
