This living document, which will be updated daily throughout COP 28, will serve as a portal to keep track of all relevant Loss and Damage information during COP 28. Issues relevant to Loss and Damage that will be covered by this living document include: matters relating to the Santiago Network for Loss and Damage (Santiago network); the first Global Stocktake of the Paris Agreement (GST); Loss and Damage Finance including the Loss and Damage Fund and Funding Arrangements; the New Collective Quantified Goal on Climate Finance (NCQG); and the Warsaw International Mechanism for Loss and Damage.
