This SB56 side event organised by Climate Action Network - Europe (CAN - Europe) and CARE International (CI), explored COP26 outcomes on adaptation and loss and damage finance, and put them in the context of relations between the EU and African Union. This will include arrangements for funding activities to avert, minimise and address loss and damage alongside increasing adaptation finance.
